A refund of the duplicate payment made by the customer will be processed via the same (original method of payment) or convenient sources within 10 working days after intimation by the customer.

পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে এর মাধ্যমে রিফান্ডের ক্ষেত্রে, আমাদের দায়িত্ব শুধুমাত্র রিফান্ডের পরিমাণ অনুমোদন করা এবং রিফান্ড অনুমোদনের তারিখ থেকে ১০ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে ভেন্ডরদের কাছে প্রক্রিয়াকরণ করা। কোনো পরিস্থিতিতে ইম্প্যাক্ট একাডেমি প্রাইভেট লিমিটেড ব্যবহারকারীর কাছে রিফান্ড ক্রেডিট হওয়ায় কোনও বিলম্বের জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না। ব্যাংক অথবা পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে ভেন্ডর সমস্ত রিফান্ডের পরিমাণ হ্যান্ডেল করবে এবং ইম্প্যাক্ট একাডেমি প্রাইভেট লিমিটেড কর্তৃক রিফান্ড অনুমোদনের পর রিফান্ড ক্রেডিট হওয়ায় যে কোনো বিলম্ব সম্পর্কিত সমস্যা ব্যবহারকারী এবং ব্যাংক বা পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের মধ্যে সমাধান হবে। ইম্প্যাক্ট একাডেমি প্রাইভেট লিমিটেড এই বিষয়ে কোনোভাবে জড়িত থাকবে না।
গ্রাহকের দ্বারা করা ডুপ্লিকেট পেমেন্টের অর্থ ফেরত বিষয়ে গ্রাহকের করা পেমেন্টের অনুরূপ পন্থা বা সুবিধাজনক মাধ্যমে সকল বিষয় যাচাই সাপেক্ষে ১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন করা হবে।
দ্রষ্টব্য: সমস্ত অর্থ ফেরত অনুমোদন এবং অর্থ ফেরতের অনুরোধের বৈধতার ১০ দিনের মধ্যে প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে (শর্ত প্রযোজ্য)। ইম্প্যাক্ট একাডেমি প্রাইভেট লিমিটেড যে কোনও সময় কোর্সের মূল্য পরিবর্তন ও পরিমার্জিত করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে এবং মূল্য সুরক্ষা প্রদান করে না।
